Don't throw it, put it on ice cream, mix it in with custard over apple pie, add it into brownies or just sit there in front of the tele with a spoon and eat it.

Everytime I try and make fudge it never sets properly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong and wondered if anyone could advise please?

I've got all this lovely soft paste-like fudge in the fridge and I'm loathed to throw it away! Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
