			<description><![CDATA[<p>Do you have a sugar thermometer, we had the same happen when we made fudge, its alot better now we have one.</p><p>Don&#039;t throw it, put it on ice cream, mix it in with custard over apple pie, add it into brownies or just sit there in front of the tele with a spoon and eat it.</p>]]></description>

			<title><![CDATA[Fudge disaster - again! What am I doing wrong??]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hello,</p><p>Everytime I try and make fudge it never sets properly. Not sure what I&#039;m doing wrong and wondered if anyone could advise please?</p><p>I&#039;ve got all this lovely soft paste-like fudge in the fridge and I&#039;m loathed to throw it away!
