Topic: Whats the best icing for Cupcakes

I really want to make icing for cupcakes, just like the ones you can buy in coffee shops, can anyone give me a really good recipe please?

The recipe I use is Trex, Icing Sugar and vanilla essence - basically use half the amount of Trex to the amount of icing sugar (eg 250 gms of Trex, 500 gms of Icicng Sugar) and mix well - if icing is too thick add a bit of milk.  This makes a really nice white icing, alternatively you could subsititute some of the icing sugar for cocoa powder if you wanted chocolate icing.

I use butter icing (butter or hard stork).  Half the amount of butter to icing sugar plus flavouring (vanilla extract, coffee, etc).
