Topic: Cola Cupcakes
Hi,
Today I made the Cola cupcakes from the recipe on this site, Eric Lanlard's, and it was a eally wet mixture. The skewer came out clean after 25 minutes but the cakes sunk. I iced them but when you take to case off it is really moist, not cakey at all, more like a dough!
Anyone else tried this recipe and had this problem?
