Topic: Gluten free white bread

Please can anyone help me with a gluten free white bread recipe, with everyday ingredients that bakes and tastes like bread, I have tried several different recipes with no joy, either for bread machine or hand baking, it is driving me mad, hope you can help, thanks!

Hi there, ianjames,
I am also highly intolerant to gluten so I have also been trying to make cup cakes. I have found a decent recipe for cupcakes and I have realised that the key is mixing your flours 3-4 different types. It really makes the world of a differance! Maybe baking soda will work better than yest.
I am not that farmiliar to gluten free baking as yet but hope to learn something on the forums! I hope this has helped!
