good luck with finding foods to suit your dietary requirement. I am not sure if you will be able to get products with no salt in, as even bread has salt in it. If the salt problem is because of high blood pressure, try lo-salt, better alternative. With regards to alcohol, it is probably your medication that you are taking for maybe anxiety/depression that is making you allergic to alcohol. Noone is allergic to alcohol, you probably are not supposed to drink because of other reasons. J2O do nice drinks and also you can get non alcoholic wine i.e. eisberg, non alcoholic cider, although it is sweet and non alcoholic lager, which is nice also. It is hard if you are recovering from something to do with alcohol, although Ive been there, done it and worn the tshirt and it is possible to enjoy yourself without the drink. In fact, look at it this way, drink is a depressant, that is why you shouldnt drink alcohol with anti depressants, it supresses your appetite. When you stop drinking, your health is so much better. Good Luck with your new dietary needs and just take one day at a time and dont say to people you are allergic to alcohol, be honest with yourself and to others. The other items you have said you are allergic to, I was not aware that alcohol contained nuts, herbs, palm oil, sunflower oil or shell fish.
