Topic: Child friendly MILK free recipes?
Has anyone out there got some child friendly milk free recipes? I'd like to be able to bake with everyone in mind at home and would appreciate any help, eggs are not a problem just milk itself

I think you will find that rice milk, sweetened version , in baking will not be noticed by anyone else

Thankyou I'll try that, I tried baking with soya but not everyone was impressed x

the flavour of soya milks varies, try Alpro, Sainsburys or Waitrose (all sweetened) varieties. Use the UHT and not the chilled version from the fridge as they (for some reason) taste different. Alpro also do a chilled single cream (longlife from the chilled section) that is the best alternative I have found.
