Topic: Sugar Paste

Hey,

Problem

I have some sugar paste left over from a birthday cake, but it has gone rock hard and crumbly....is there any miracle cure in the baking baking world that can bring it back into a pliable dough again, or should I just give it to the kids to pick at???

If its still like this even after warming and kneading in hands then its most likely a lost cause! But at least the kiddies get to munch on it!

Hi, you could try to knead in a little trex that might work .

hi Michalad,Try liquid glukose .Mine was 4 days old and it worked:-)
