Topic: Keeping cupcakes fresh
Hello - I have to bake 36 cupcakes for school tomorrow and am going to transport them there in cardboard cupcake boxes. I will not have time to pipe on the butter cream in the morning so must do it tonight. Do you think that they will stay fresh in the boxes overnight, or would I be best putting them in airtight containers and packing them into the boxes in the morning? Any advice/experience would be much appreciated. Thanks!
