Topic: decorating cakes
my favorite thing about making cakes is decorating them!!! but i want to make my cakes look more proffesional but i dont like marsipan! is there anything else i can use??

have you tried making decorations out of icing using cutters such as flowers? they always jazz cakes up and gives professional look, can add some details on aswell by using piping bag
