Topic: Kenwood KMIX

Hi All

I recently purchased the Kenwood mixer. It is the first miixer I have ever owned so I need a little advice. I know what speeds to mix various thing but I don't know how long I should mix them for. I am afraid of over mixing but I want to get the best out of my machine so any advice would be much appreciated.  Thank you in advance! Angela

I recently bought the kenwood premier Very please with it but had similar question. I started watching the ideal world TV channel when they had Kenwood on promotion Their demostrations are pritty rubbish but you do get to see the machine in action and can see the speed they use!
