Topic: Making toppers using silicon moulds..

Hiya all,

Ive not had any experience with making toppers using silicon moulds, but would love to have a go! (I have seen a gorgeous button mould I would love to try!!). It may be a silly question, but can I just use the ready to roll coloured icing in them? Any help and advice is muchly appreciated!

Yes, that is what I usually use - be careful when you push them out of the mould - if there are any decorative bits they may get distorted.

if you put the mould in the freezer for an hour, then push them out they turn out really well
