Topic: wonky cake

Hi all,
Please will someone help me? I need to make a wedding cake, a sponge 4 tier wonky cake.
cant make my trusted recipe work out. sometime sinking sometimes not enough mixture.
My tins are 6/8/10/12 inchs and as they are for wonky cake they are also. rising from 3 inch to 5 inch deep. they sit level in the oven.Oh and the bride soes not want medeira sponge.

How did you get on with the wonky wedding cake? I bet the bride was over the moon with it.
