Topic: Thomas the Tank Engine Cake

I did some baking over Christmas for a friend who has now asked if I could possibly make a childs birthday cake in the shape of Thomas the Tank Engine.

I have looked at several websites to get the basic idea and one name has been suggested, Debbie Brown - Favourite Character Cakes (a book with how to make it)

Does anyone have the instructions for this cake that they could email to me to give me an idea how to piece the cake together or similar ideas.
