What does it look like? Could you describe in a bit more detail as I don't understand what you mean. Surely if you use white flour you get white bread?
Yes, I agree with Pixie. If you use white flour, you should get white bread.
What else did you put in the mix, apart from flour, water, salt and yeast? If you added something like wheatgerm, or oats, or something similar, that might explain it.

It may be that you are comparing your bread to a commercially baked bread that uses a bleached flour.
