If she can't tolerate white flour, I suspect she won't tolerate wholemeal either.
You might want try some non-wheat flours, such as spelt (see, for example, this article on baking with spelt flour).
But don't rush into it. You need to be sure about what she can and cannot eat. Some people who have a wheat intolerance are perfectly happy with spelt, rye and similar products. But others are also gluten-intolerant, which rules out many of the alternatives. If you're in any doubt, you really should take professional advice.

My daughter can tolerate Wholemeal flour, and we know what she can and cannot eat. She is an IBS sufferer and white flour products cause her great discomfort. Therefore any wholemeal recipes are made with just wholemeal with no white flour added. Would be grateful if there are any recipes available or where to purchase them with just wholemeal flour and/or similar types of flour added.
2 seconds on google brings up a bbc page with a variety of wholemeal recipes, could be a good starting point for you to see if there is anything good there
