Topic: Bread shape

Hi  i have made bread a few times but the bread never seems to keep it shape ,

frist dose this happen to anyone else and if so can anyone help?

You could always bake it in a tin. That way, it's sure to keep its shape.

If you prefer not to use a tin, try the time-honoured method of taking a couple of clean tea towels, wrapping them into sausage shapes, and use them to construct a wall round the dough to prevent it spreading during the proving stage. (Remove the tea towels before putting the bread in the oven.)
