Topic: Coffee Extract

I want to make Eric's Celebration Chocolate Cake but can't seem to find coffee extract, anyone know where I can buy this? Can I get it at the supermarket? I have looked in Sainsbury. Can anyone help please.

I've seen some in big Asda's and Tesco's.  As an alternative you can dissolve instant granules in either water or milk (either full fat or semi skimmed), it works the same.  I usually dissolve 1 tablespoon of granules to 1 tablespoon of hot water and let it cool down - it gives a fairly strong flavour.

I have contacted 'CakeBoy' today as I needed the coffee extract Eric used in the baking mad programme, they have replied to me and said Eric sources all his stuff here www.deco-relief.fr   
This is obviously a French site but easy to use.
