My daughter is yeast intolerant. Can i use anything else to make bread?

hi, go to http://www.bakingmad.com/recipes/world- … soda-bread where it gives a recipe. i have multiple allergies and haven't eaten bread for years, try replacing with gluten free crackers from supermarkets as some are quite nice.  good luck.

Yes I have a yeast intolerance too, would the buttermilk in the soda bread still be fermented though ?.
I haven't tried the gluten free crackers as it is mainly the yeast I am intolerant to in anything , but I will have a try next time I supermarket shop thankyou .

I'm intolerant to yeast also, I don't have any issues with Soda bread. James Martin has a good quick soda bread recipe on the BBC food website.
