Topic: Pizza homemade

Hi, I make pizza with allinson yeast, it's now my favorite brand after I've tried many other brands and all were not good for my allergy so thanx for Allinson.
I've got a question: in your pizza recipe you didn't use Olive oil at all and all the Italian recipes contain Olive oil in the ingredients, could I know why?because I add 2 or three tbs Olive oil  to 650g floor and 7g yeast.

We are delighted you like our pizza recipe!  Please see above a link to the Ultimate Pizza dough as well as 2 other pizza recipes on our site.  The Ultimate Pizza dough recipe can have olive oil added but we thought the results were great without this addition and it gave reliable results.  T
