1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / Gas 4.
2. In a large bowl mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a 20cm round deep cake tin that has been greased and lined with baking parchment.
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
