  1. Place all the ingredients into a mixer with a dough hook attached.
  2. Mix to a soft dough, knead for 5 minutes.
  3. If mixing by hand knead for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Shape into a ball. Place onto a greased baking tray, cover and prove until double in size. Preheat over to 190°C/fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes.
