  1. Follow the recipe for Allinson Light Wholemeal Bread.
  2. Stamp out 2 heart shapes with a cutter from each piece of bread. Break the eggs into a shallow bowl and lightly beat together with a fork.
  3. Heat the butter in a large heavy based frying pan. Quickly dip the bread into the egg to cover, then put straight into the hot frying pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes, then turn and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. .Mix the golden granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl. Dip the fried eggy bread in the sugar and coat both sides. Serve whilst warm.
