Crunchy Country Loaf Ingredients

285 ml Warm Water Warmed
1.50 tbsp Butter melted
2 tsp Golden Granulated Sugar (Billington's) Golden Granulated Sugar (Billington's)
1.50 tsp Salt
250 grams Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
250 grams Seed & Grain White Bread Flour (Allinson) Seed & Grain White Bread Flour (Allinson)
1 tsp Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)

How to make Crunchy Country Loaf

  1. Put the ingredients into the bread maker baking pan in the order specified for your particular model (see manufacturer’s handbook).
  2. Set to the Basic White Program for the appropriate size loaf.
