Spiced Pumpkin Loaf Ingredients

50 ml Milk Milk
230 grams Pumpkin Puree Canned
2 tsp Honey
1.25 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Soft Butter
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Ground Ginger
720 grams Very Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson) Very Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
Milk To glaze Milk
Pumpkin Seeds To glaze

How to make Spiced Pumpkin Loaf

  1. Put all the ingredients in the bread maker baking pan in the order listed above.
  2. Set to the basic white programme for a 1½ lb loaf.
  3. At the beginning of the baking cycle quickly brush the top with milk and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. method tip
