Sausage Dog Celebration Cake

We just adore this Sausage Dog Celebration Cake recipe, submitted by Hannah Brown aged 14. It's almost too cute to eat!

How to make Sausage Dog Celebration Cake

Place the Swiss Roll on a tray or board, spread with a chocolate spread.
- Roll out half of the chocolate sugarpaste on a board that is dusted with icing sugar, then drape it over the cake, press down and trim the edges.

Squish 2 cupcakes together and cover with a little jam or chocolate spread then cover with some more rolled out sugar paste and shape into a head.
- Roll out the trimmings to make 2 long floppy ears, 4 legs and a tail. Then finish the cake by adding a yellow collar.
