150 grams Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
150 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
3 Free Range Eggs Free Range Eggs

How to make Gluten Free Cupcakes

  1. Cream the butter and sugar together with a wooden spoon or electric mixer until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs, one at a time. method tip
  2. Add the flour and mix lightly until well combined. method tip
  3. Line a cupcake tray with 12 paper cupcake cases and divide the mixture between them. method tip
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and just firm to the touch. method tip
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  6. Top with icing or butter cream and decorate as liked.

"this recipe is great BUT it does'nt tell you what temperature to have your oven at. I had mine at 180 C Fan Oven for 20 mins and that seemed fine Please can you sort this for other people Baking Mad !!! "
