How to make Elderflower Cordial

- Gently rinse the flower heards and put into a large jug. Pour on 500ml of boiling water. Add the sugar, orange and lemon zest and stir well until dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Strain into a clean jug to remove flower heads and add the lemon and orange juice. Add several ice cubes and serve.
