Rose Cocktail Ingredients

50 grams Caster Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Caster Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
100 ml Water cold
Rose Water (Nielsen-Massey) 2-3 drops Rose Water (Nielsen-Massey)
80 ml Gin
40 ml Orange Liqueur
Rose Sparkling Wine

How to make Rose Cocktail

  1. Place the water and sugar in a pan and simmer gently until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil then turn off the heat immediately. Allow to cool then add rose extract to taste and store in the fridge until required
  2. Mix 40ml of the syrup with 40 ml orange liqueur and 80ml gin. Pour into 4 chilled glasses and top up with sparkling rose wine. Add rose petals to garnish
