How to make Citrus Buttercream

- Grate the zest of an orange, lemon or lime and beat into softened butter with the sifted icing sugar, until light and creamy adding 1 tsp hot water if necessary, adding 1 tsp orange/lemon or lime juice to make a soft creamy consistency.
