How to make Chocolate Mousse

Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over boiling water (making sure that the water isnt touching the bowl).

Once the chocolate has melted, whisk the egg whites until firm
- Pour the egg white mixture into the chocolate, and mix well
- Pour the mixture into 4 ceramic cups (or small glasses) and place in the fridge to set.
