Light brown seed & grain bread Ingredients

250 grams Seed & Grain White Bread Flour (Allinson) Seed & Grain White Bread Flour (Allinson)
250 grams Very Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Allinson) Very Strong Wholemeal Bread Flour (Allinson)
1 sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
20 grams wholemeal Bread Improver
300 ml Water tepid
15 ml Oil

How to make Light brown seed & grain bread

  1. Mix all dry ingredients then add the water and oil. Knead until elastic. method tip
  2. (If you take a small lump of dough and you can stretch it so that its almost see-through without tearing, its ready) Do not allow to prove. Transfer to an oiled, large loaf tin straight away.
  3. Loosely cover with oiled cling film and put in a warm place until it has at least doubled in size. Pre-heat the over to 250°C method tip
  4. Liberally spray the loaf with water and place into the hot oven. Immediately, turn-down the temperature to 220°C and bake for 25 min. Enjoy. method tip
