175 grams Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
4 tbsp creme fraiche

  1. Set the oven to 160°C. Whisk the egg whites till fluffy and add sugar while whisking (slowly). When you whisk the meringues test it by tipping the bowl upside down and it it starts to slide, whisk a little more. It is ready when the meringue stays in the upside down bowl! Spoon tablespoon of mixture onto greaseproof paper and place in the oven, then turn the oven down to 150°C. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. method tip
  2. When cooked place in a large bowl. Add grapes and creme fraiche and mash it and mix it all up, spoon an even amount of the mixture into four bowls. Serve!!
