Method

- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Put the biscuits in a plastic bag, tie and then crush with a rolling pin. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted chocolate, then pour into a cake tin and put in the fridge for 1 hour to set.

"I find that adding a nob or 2 of butter while melting helps out grand, and also putting in 1/10th sugar, also if planning on eating fresh, add some chopped up banana's, add's a great soft texture to little pockets of chocolate"
