50 grams Butter
125 grams Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's) Light Muscovado Sugar (Billington's)
150 grams Golden Syrup (Silver Spoon) Golden Syrup (Silver Spoon)
100 ml Double Cream
0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract (Nielsen-Massey) Vanilla Extract (Nielsen-Massey)

200 grams Strawberries
2 Peaches, cut into slices
1/2 pineapple cut into chunks
3 tbsp Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's) Golden Caster Sugar (Billington's)
4 Slices brioche bread

How to make Toffee Fondue with Fruit Kebabs and Toasted Brioche

  1. Put all the fondue ingredients in a saucepan set over a high heat and boil for approximately 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly, until it has thickened. method tip
  2. Thread the fruits on wooden skewers. Sprinkle with caster sugar and grill on the barbecue for about 3-4 minutes until just scorched and tender. Toast the brioche for a few seconds each side on the bbq and serve with the fruit and toffee sauce.
