How to make Easter Leg of Lamb

Preheat oven to 210°C (Gas Mark 6-7)
- In an oven dish, spread out the onions and garlic. Lay the leg of lamb in the dish and baste its entire surface with honey. Sprinkle with paprika, season with salt and pepper, and roast for 1 hour.
