Pudsey Bear Cheese Straws Ingredients

120 grams Butter
450 grams Cheddar Cheese (grated)
250 grams Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly) Plain White Flour (Allinson Nature Friendly)
2 Free Range Eggs Free Range Eggs
pinch Salt
0.50 tsp Mustard Powder or Chilli powder (optional)

How to make Pudsey Bear Cheese Straws

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas 6) and grease three baking trays. method tip
  2. Mix the butter, flour and salt until you have a breadcrumb like consistency. (Mix in mustard or chilli powder if using.)
  3. Add cheese and stir well. Add eggs on at a time and knead dough into a ball.
  4. Roll dough out on a floured surface to a 1.25cm thick. Use Pudsey Bear cutter and place on baking tray 2-3cm apart.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
