Salmon with Lemongrass Ingredients

4 Fresh Salmon Steaks
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Lemon Grass finely chopped
1 Lime Zest and Juice
1 Red Chilli finely sliced
Fresh Ginger 2 cm peeled and finely chopped
2 tsp Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon) Half Spoon Granulated Sugar (Silver Spoon)
Salt & Ground Black Pepper

How to make Salmon with Lemongrass

  1. Place the salmon steaks in a shallow dish.
  2. Combine all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over the salmon steaks. Leave to marinade for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to high.
  4. Remove the salmon steaks from the marinade and place onto a non stick baking tray.
  5. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade.
  6. Serve hot with vegetable noodles.
