50 grams Cream Cheese
75 grams Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown) Icing Sugar (Silver Spoon Homegrown)
1 tsp Cocoa Powder

How to make Rainbow Truffles

  1. Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat using a wooden spoon.
  2. Add about 30ml (tbsp) of icing sugar and beat well. Gradually add all the icing sugar and the cocoa powder in the same way.
  3. Place the sugar strands in a small bowl. Roll teaspoons of mixture in the sugar strands to make balls then transfer to sweet paper cases.
  4. Chill, uncovered in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
