This Ranch and Onion Bread is a wonderful savoury bread, perfect for a summer picnic or lunchtime meal.

Ranch and Onion Bread Ingredients

350 grams	Seed & Grain White Bread Flour (Allinson)
150 grams	Strong White Bread Flour (Allinson)
25 grams	Dried Onion Flakes
2 tbsp	Sugar
1.50 tsp	Salt
1 sachet	Easy Bake Yeast (Allinson) 1 x 7g sachet
1.50 tbsp	Ranch Salad Dressing
1 tbsp	Sunflower Oil
225 ml	Warm Water warm

How to make Ranch and Onion Bread

Put the flours, onions, sugar, salt and yeast into a bowl.
Mix to a soft dough with the dressing, oil and water.
Turn onto a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes.
Shape as desired and put into an appropriate greased tin.
Leave to prove until double in size. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7
Bake in an oven and immediately turn the heat down to 200°C/fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
