Cup Cake Tins

Unfortunately there is no industry standard size cup cake tin.  Shallow indentations are best for shallow cup cake cases and fairy cakes.  Look for a deeper tin with slightly flared indentations for cup cakes and straight sided indentations for muffins.  Non stick tins are best, and silicone moulds are ideal as they take up so little room in your kitchen cupboards and can be used without cake cases if liked.  They are best placed on a baking tray to lift them into the oven.
