Who wouldn't love a gift of these peanut butter truffles? Impressive to share and super simple to make.
Similar to a Peanut Butter Cake Pop, the smushed cake crumbs and Proper Nutty peanut butter are rolled, dipped and sprinkled to perfection. If you're not a keen baker, shortcut with a pre-made sponge cake, the results will still taste awesome.
Method
Step 1:
Place the cake crumbs and peanut butter in a bowl and mix well until all the crumbs are absorbed.
Step 2:
Add 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar and mix.
Step 3:
Shape the mixture into bitesize balls.
Step 4:
Dip in the melted chocolate and roll in the crushed peanuts until covered.
