Method
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C, gas mark 6) and grease three baking trays.
Step 2:
Mix the butter, flour and salt until you have a breadcrumb like consistency. (Mix in mustard or chilli powder if using).
Step 3:
Add cheese and stir well. Add eggs on at a time and knead dough into a ball.
Step 4:
Roll dough out on a floured surface to a 1.25cm thick. Use a Pudsey Bear cutter and place on baking tray 2-3cm apart. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
