Method

Wash the plums well. Stone them and chop finely.

900g Plum(s) (good quality)

Place chopped plums and apple juice in a pan and bring to the boil. Simmer for ten minutes. Return to a full rolling boil and boil hard for ten minutes

Add Certo or Liquid Pectin to the pot and cover immediately. Pour into sterilised jars and use sterilised lids. Store in a refrigerator and once opened consume within two weeks.
