Beer and Cheese Soda Bread

About our beer and cheese soda bread recipe
This deliciously soft beer bread recipe is great for all the beer lovers out there. With rich undertones of cheese and beer, this loaf would be a real treat as an alternative choice of bread for a Ploughman's lunch.
Plus, no yeast is required for this recipe due to the inclusion of the beer. Choose your favourite hard cheese (cheddars work best) and a lighter beer. Light lagers work best so the flavour is not overpowering. If you have a 500ml bottle, you'll have enough left over for a little drink while you bake!
