How to make fondant icing
Ever wondered how to make fondant icing from scratch? It couldn't be easier! All you need is some Silver Spoon icing sugar and a little bit of water.
This icing is perfect for creating a smoother, glossier, soft iced finish to your cakes. It is great for topping Bakewell tarts, cupcakes and sponges.
This fondant icing recipe is the glossier brother of Glace Icing.
