How to make breadmaker fruit loaf

Break the norm with your bread machine and make our bread maker fruit loaf! We love ours toasted and washed down with a big mug of tea.

How do you add fruit to bread dough?

Typically you would simply fold the fruit into the dough toward the end of the kneading/shaping. But as this delicious fruit loaf is perfect for breadmakers, just add the sultanas at the time for added ingredients as directed by the manufacturer of your machine.

If you enjoyed baking this recipe, give our parker house rolls a go, these can also be made in a bread machine.
