This chocolate rocky road recipe is so so tasty, really easy to make, and fun to decorate! A great recipe to make with the kids.

Method
Step 1
Grease & line a 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment.
Step 2
In a medium pan melt the butter, chocolate and golden syrup, stirring until well mixed.
Step 3
Add the crushed biscuits and mix well.
Step 4
Add the sweets and stir until mixed.
Step 5
Pour into the tin and press down until even, chill in the fridge until set.
Step 6
Decorate with the extra sweets then drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
Step 7
Slice carefully into squares using a sharp knife.

- 225gDigestive biscuits (crushed)

For the decoration
- 50gDark chocolate
