    Method

    1. Step 1

      Preheat oven to 190ºc/170ºc fan/Gas 5. Grease and line 2 square 20cm/8 inch tins. 

    2. Step 2

      In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the cake. Pour this into the cake tin and bake for 25 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

    3. Step 3

      When the cake is cooked allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.

    4. Step 4

      Whilst the cake is cooling, make the strawberry icing by mixing the milk and icing sugar until smooth and thick. Add in a few drops of pink food colouring.

    5. Step 5

      Build your cake by starting with the cake, then jam, and icing. Repeat until full and decorate with white chocolate jazzies & pink strawberry cones pick’n’mix.

    • For the filling

      • 1 tbspFull-fat milk 
      • 125gSilver Spoon Icing Sugar 
      • 3-4 dropPink food colouring gel 
      • Strawberry jam 
      • HandfulWhite chocolate Jazzies 
      • HandfulWhite chocolate strawberry cones 

    Utensils

    • Glass jars
